Don Potter heads the Institute for Health Improvement in Southeast Michigan, which found that lifestyle choices are to blame for half of all ailments that kill us in metro Detroit. Lifestyle choices like so-called "cocooning." Don Potter - "It's a common term now. It means people stay within their homes, they don't go outside. They hit that couch." A whole sinful sub-culture has emerged that caters to the couch potato.  From universal remotes to the laziest lazy-boys and the most sloth-ful sofas. Steve Collins - "Hello!
