Dr. Alan Mintz/Cenegenics clinic - "Our goal is a hormonal environment of a 30 year old. Our metabolism is great. Our cardiac function and other organ systems are functioning beautifully." From the age of 30 on, your body loses its supply of hormones. The Cenegenics Clinic believes the key to feeling young is replacing them. The Department of Health and Human services has put out this statement saying 'we may one day find that there are valid uses for some of these supplements, if taken correctly. Or we may discover that this isn't the case. In the meantime, people who take them do so at their own risk. So people like Walter Payton and Gary Handwerker are taking additional hormones at their own risk, but they are willing to do so if it makes them feel young again.
