And despite the daily injections, the medication allows Joanne the freedom to continue to work, travel and just plain enjoy life. While Dr. Lisak's research provides positive results on how Copaxone performs over a long period of time, he says all the current M.S. drug treatments are equally effective and this new information will help patients determine which therapy is best for them.
