Ingredients:
- 20
low fat nacho chips
- 1/4
cup fat free refried beans
- 1/4
cup salsa
- 1/2
cup low fat Monterey Jack or Mexican blend cheeses
- Dash
of hot sauce
- Toppings
-- pick the ones you like:
Diced chicken
Thinly sliced green pepper
Diced onions
Sliced tomatoes
Spinach leaves
Broccoli flowerettes
Black olives
Hot pepper rings
Low fat sour cream
Place
chips on plate, top with refried beans, salsa, cheese and veggies.
Broil until cheese melts.
