Baby Beeper Program ... Crittenton Hospital now offers a baby beeper program for fathers-to-be. Baby beepers are available to rent through the Community Health Education department. The cost is $20 a month. For more information call (248)652-5269.

CPR - Infant/Child/Adults ... This course meets the new state requirements for day care workers and other related fields. You'll learn CPR for adults, children and infants as well as first aid techniques. Upon completion, participants will receive an American Red Cross certification card. Fee is $40 per person. Call for future dates.

Emotions Anonymous ... A free 12 step program for emotional wellness and learning to live with unsolved problems. Held on Tuesdays from 7:30 to 9:00 p.m. and Thursdays from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. You can call 248-652-5269 for more.

Fit for Two, Baby and You ... Designed for pregnant women, this six-week class meets twice a week and is taught by a certified health care professional. It provides safe and effective exercises for strengthening abdominal, back and pelvic muscles as well as general toning exercises. Your physician's approval is required. Fee is $60.00.

Grandparents-To-Be ... Future grandparents will find out how they can be helpful and supportive during your pregnancy - and after the baby's born. A special tour of The Birthplace is included. Please call for dates, times and fees.

Premarital AIDS Education ... Class Required for a marriage certificate, this Health Certificate is valid for 60 days and will be signed by a Crittenton staff physician. Classes offered various Saturdays from 12:30 - 1:30 p.m., fee is $20 per person or $30 per couple.

Safe Baby Sitter Class ... Taught by a registered nurse, this class is designed to teach the basic skills of baby-sitting. Must be at least 11 years old. Certificate given at completion of class. We recommend taking CPR for Baby-sitters, as well. Call for future dates and time. Fee is $25 per person.
