Dave Rexroth

When a foot of snow blankets Detroit overnight or tornadoes touch down in the metro area, Meteorologist Dave Rexroth is there to deliver the forecast twice every weekday on "Action News this Morning" and "Action News Midday."

Prior to joining Channel 7, Rexroth spent three years as the evening meteorologist at WFOR-TV in Miami where he covered both Hurricane Irene and Tropical Storm Harvey.

He's also appeared on national television shows including Good Morning America Sunday and CBS News Saturday Morning. A graduate of Luther College in Iowa, Rexroth went on to receive a master's degree in Meteorology from the University of Chicago.

He lives in Oakland County with his wife Deborah and their three sons.
