Heather Catallo

Heather Catallo is the anchor for our Sunday Morning and Noon shows.

An award-winning reporter, Catallo is a native Detroiter committed to her community

both on and off the job. Since joining Channel 7 in 1999, she has brought hard hitting

investigative reports and breaking news coverage to Channel 7's "Action News."

Raised in Bloomfield Hills, Heather graduated from Andover High School and

went on to attend the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications in Syracuse, New

York. Upon graduation, she worked as a reporter for WTVH-TV in Syracuse, New York

and a police beat reporter for KREM-TV in Spokane, Washington.

Catallo is the recipient of many honors and has received several Emmy nominations, including best anchor. She received the Hearst National Television Award for Excellence in Journalism in 1998.
